Teaching Personnel

Teaching Personnel are actively looking for candidates who have experience working with young people who have SEMH needs.

Our rates are highly competitive between £350 to £375 per week, and we have day-day, part-time and long-term opportunities available around your requirements.

The school setting is based in Cramlington and is easy to access by Car and Public transport. We are looking for candidates to work Full time (8:30 AM - 4 PM Monday to Friday), to work with pupils between the age on 11-16. with a variety of SEND and SEMH needs.

The potential candidate will work closely with a team of professionals to provide tailored and specific support for young people who have additional requirements in either Academic or Communicative development. A large part of this role is relationship and stability building for the young person. For this position, successful candidates will be working on a 1:1 basis, or operate as a General Classroom Assistant.

Candidates that have been successful within this setting have had some experience in any of the following:

  • Challenging Behaviour Settings
  • Health and Social Care Settings
  • 1:1 Support
  • SEN TA
  • Psychology Graduates
