Learning Support Assistant Role
Monday - Friday - 08:30 - 15:45
We are currently seeking support staff to engage with young people with Social and Emotional needs and a diagnosis of Mental Health difficulties.
Our young people are lively and have great relationships with our staff team, so the ideal candidate will have a strong confident personality, a great sense of humour and a willingness to work with vunerable young people.
We are a specialist Ofsted Good SEMH provision are looking for a mentor to work with pupils with challenging behaviour, past trauma, social and emotional difficulties and mental health difficulties.
We offer the chance to be part of a great team who are supportive of one another and committed to ensuring the pupils get the most from their education.
We provide a theraputic enviroment and a theraputic approach to learning.
This is a long term permanent position to start as soon as possible.
Full time: 08:30 - 15:45, Monday - Friday
Teaching Assistant, Mental Health, Childcare or Youth Worker experience is essential, and you will need to be confident and have experience with managing behaviour that can be challenging.

Working alongside the Class Teacher and Supporting staff
