We have 3 Learning Support Assistant roles specifically working with Science, Humanities and Creative Subjects.

Full-Time.

Immediate start.

Protocol Education are recruiting for 3 LSA's to work closely with a student in a fantastic private secondary school in Edgebaston. Do you have experience working with ASD? Are you passionate about ensuring all children get the right support and education?


The role:

Be a member of the SEN Team and managing students with additional needs. Enable pupils to overcome personal barriers to learning and to help provide a structure that supports the safety and well-being of students, particularly with Autistic students.

You will be assisting students on a 1:1 or group basis in a classroom. The students you will be assisting can show varying levels of autism and you will be a key part to the structure of their day to help them through the lesson plan.


The right candidate will:

- Have SEN experience within education preferably a secondary school setting.
- Good experience working with Autism
- Be a Team player
- Be Flexible
