Graduate LSA role working within a specialist Autistic base in Barnet. If you have had experience of working with cjildren and young learners with autism, this would be a key advantage for this role

With the current context of Covid-19, students will be in need of compelling, logical education from mentors who can strike up quick relationships. The same purpose that you ideally would want to establish with young learners.

There is a personal care element to this role, this will involve toilet duties. You must be happy and willing to fufil this element of the role.
