Level 2 Nursery Nurse Required – Preston
The Headteacher and governing body of a Primary School located in the heart of Preston are on the look out for a dynamic EYFS practitioner to work alongside the youngest pupils in the school. Since the start of the academic year, the Headteacher and SENCO have identified a number of children requiring additional support in Early Years who are attending School and Nursery for the first time. This role is 30 hours per week working 8:45-15:15 each day with 30 minute unpaid break and would be £306 per week. This is a lovely school welcoming atmosphere; children are keen to learn and the school is located in the heart of the community with an excellent reputation. This role is to begin as soon as possible so please do not delay in application!
Excellent knowledge of the Early Years curriculum is essential for this role alongside working with young children. Experience of working within a Nursery setting would be advantageous however not essential. The successful candidate will need stamina and energy to keep up with the needs of small children and lively children.
Have a good working knowledge of the EYFS, as well as an understanding of ‘In the Moment Planning’. Creative nature such as an interest in Music, Dance, Arts and Crafts would be beneficial for this role. A keen interest in creative an inclusive learning environment is essential for this role.
