A Physics Teacher is needed ASAP at an exceptional all boys Secondary school in South West London.
If appointed as a Physics Teacher you will need to teach mainly KS5, the timetable will be primarily 75% A Level teaching.
This Physics Teacher role can be part or full time and will be permanent.
As such, if appointed as a Physics Teacher, you will be required to take on standard class teacher responsibilities. This includes but isn't limited to taking on a Tutor Group, planning/assessing all lessons and attending team meetings/parents evenings.
In addition to this, the school is keen to take on a Physics Teacher that can work as part of team, manage behaviour effectively when need be and bring a positive energy to every lesson.
The rates of pay for this Physics Teacher post will range from £130 to £250 a day, depending on each applicants qualifications and experience.
This is a 'Good' all-boys school that has rich and extensive tradition when it comes to Sport and STEM.
Many professional sportsmen have studied at the school.
There is a Gifted and Talented programme at the school which provides support to the top 5 - 10% of pupils in each year group.
Each department organises trips and runs extracurricular activities to establish an environment of inclusion.
In addition to this, the school has received several awards such as Healthy Schools, Education Business Partnership, FA Charter Standard and Sport England.
