‘Maths Intervention - Preston

I am currently looking to recruit a number of Teachers to work within Primary Schools for when they re-open in September. This role is a temporary 12 week role that could have the potential to continue through the full academic year if required. With the introduction of the government catch up funding for September, I have been tasked by my Primary School partners to find suitable Maths graduates who will be able to run small group and one to one intervention classes to assist pupils in catching up their learning particularly in Maths across KS2.

What I am looking for

  • Primary Teachers with a Mathematics specialism or related degree - finance, economics, business, mathematics, engineering, physics
  • The ability to create clear learning objectives for pupils
  • Patience to see through students challenges
  • The ability to be empathetic to pupils needs
  • Someone who is confident and able to assist up to Y6

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
