Are you a passionate and dedicated Qualified Teacher with a QTS qualification, seeking an exciting opportunity to make a real impact in the lives of pupils with complex needs?

A primary SEN school in Stretford (M32) is searching for an enthusiastic Primary SEN Teacher to join their team. This role specifically caters to a mixed-year, lower-ability class, and we welcome applications from experienced SEN educators

Key Responsibilities and Day-to-Day Expectations:

  1. Engagement and Differentiation:
  • Design and implement engaging and differentiated lessons tailored to the diverse learning needs of pupils in the mixed-year, lower-ability class.
  • Utilise a variety of teaching strategies and resources to address individual learning styles and abilities.
  1. Inclusive Learning Environment:
  • Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes the social, emotional, and academic development of pupils with complex needs.
  • Collaborate with the school's support staff to ensure a holistic and supportive approach to each child's unique requirements.
  1. Collaborative Approach:
  • Work closely with Teaching Assistants to provide effective support and ensure the well-being and progress of every pupil.
  • Collaborate with colleagues in a supportive team environment, sharing best practices and contributing to the overall success of the school.
  1. Organized Curriculum Delivery:
  • Demonstrate an organised and strategic approach to curriculum delivery, maintaining high standards of attainment, progress, and behaviour in alignment with school policies.

  • Competitive weekly PAYE pay pro-rata based on the M1-UPS3 pay scale (£28,000 – £43,685).

Requirements:

  • QTS qualification is essential.
  • Previous SEN teaching experience is required.
