Start Date: September 2020

Teaching Personnel are looking for Qualified Teachers available to the Oxfordshire area. Ideally, we would like experience teaching the relevant Key Stages (1 & 2) however we have had many Secondary Teachers come to us wanting to teacher Primary Students with many success stories due to there background in teaching Maths and English.

Requirements for the vacancies:

  • Recognised teaching qualification PGCE / QTS (or the equivalent)
  • Relevant Key Stage teaching experience (including placements)
  • High expectations for all students and the determination to help all children succeed
  • Understanding of the relevant curriculum
  • The ability to work effectively in a team of teachers, support staff and outside agencies
  • DBS on the update service or be willing to get one

Attributes required:

  • Must be able to build effective relationships with all children and young people.
  • Must be adaptable and inclined to accept guidance and support. (including additional training)
  • Must be an appropriate role model to learners.
  • Must have a positive solution focused approach to challenging situations.
  • Must be emotionally literate.
