Teaching Personnel are looking for a talented Primary Teacher to join one of our client schools in the Wearside area. This is a brilliant opportunity for anyone looking for full time employment, as the role is due to start from November 2021 and run until at least Christmas 2021 with the potential to be extended to the full academic year.

The school are looking to employ an enthusiastic Teacher who is willing to go the extra mile to connect to their pupils who can at times be disengaged with learning. There is a dedicated team of educators in the school which will provide support in the forms of collaborative lesson planning, 1:1 mentoring (especially for NQT/ECTs) and shared assessment marking during school assessment periods. The role would be suitable for any Teacher looking for a new challenge.

The Role:

  • Long term cover starting from November 2021 until at least Christmas 2021
  • Delivering lessons to year 5 or 6 classes
  • Helping to run intervention sessions to raise attainment and stretch top learners
  • Work collaboratively with staff to ensure all work is standardised

Candidate Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (UK equivalent acceptable)
  • Experience Teaching Maths in the secondary/high school environment
  • Strong record of attainment at Key Stage 2 level
  • ECT/NQT's welcome to apply
