Teaching Personnel

£100 - 140 per day

Teaching personnel are currently looking for experienced Science Teachers or Early Career Teacher’s for a number of client schools in the Slough area. They are looking ideally for candidates to start as soon as possible. The role will be teaching general science up to Key Stage 4. The ideal candidate will specialise in either Biology, Chemistry or Physics and must be able to teach one of these subjects up to A-Level

Successful candidates will be taking on full departmental responsibilities including planning and delivering lessons as well as marking. The school are looking for a passionate individual who will encourage students and create an engaging atmosphere to aid students’ educational attainment.

Requirements for the role:

  • Hold QTS/NQT status in the UK or have equivalent qualifications.
  • Have experience teaching Science at a Secondary Level, ideally up to KS5
  • Specialise in either Biology, Chemistry or Physics  
  • Possess a ‘Right to work’ within the UK
  • The ability to provide two references from your most recent employers
  • Have an Enhanced ‘Child Only’ DBS on the Update Service
  • Residing in the UK or have a UK address you are moving to in the near future to comply with the DBS requirements
