Teaching Personnel are working with a number of SEND Schools and Alternative Education Provisions that are looking for Teachers to work with them.

About the role:

• These schools support the growth and development of pupils aged between 4-19 years and are responsible for devising a personalised curriculum for each child.
• The work pattern will be Monday- Friday Time: 08:30-15:30 and there are full time and part time hours available
• You will work with pupils with ASC, Complex needs, Challenging Behaviour and SEMH
• Managing pupil behaviour through escalation techiques

The ideal candidate will:

• Have lots of patience, be proactive and resilient-this role can be challenging, but it is very rewarding!
• ECT or a QTS
• Ideally you will have experience working within an SEND/SEMH school
• A strong ability to develop relationships and rapport with both pupils and parents

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
