We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Teaching Assistant to support a child with low-level learning needs at a large primary school in Belvedere. This is an ongoing role that is starting as soon as possible.

The successful candidate will work closely with the Year 6 teacher to provide additional support and guidance to the child, ensuring they can achieve their full potential. The child has no behaviour problems, and the role requires someone who can provide encouragement and motivation to help them succeed.

The primary school has a Good Ofsted report and prides itself on providing a safe and nurturing environment for its students. As a Teaching Assistant, you will be an integral part of the team, working collaboratively with other staff members to support the child's learning.

Person Specification:

• Experience working as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Patience and compassion when working with children
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
• Knowledge of Year 6 curriculum and teaching strategies
