Many children are finding it challenging returning to the classroom and may display challenging behaviour and emotional difficulties.
We are looking for dedicated, understanding and professional individuals to join our team and support these children in our schools.
We will be interested in candidates with the following qualities and experience:
Experience working with children in a classroom or similar environment.
A calming persona with the ability to de-escalate challenging situations with patience and understanding.
A strong empathetic approach with the skills to relate to pupils and understand why the may be struggling.
The ability to relate to children on their level and adapt their learning and support techniques to fit every unique pupil.
An understanding of special educational needs.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
