We are currently looking to recruit a motivated, dynamic and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to work in our fun and inspiring school for children with autism.
We are a specialist school, registered to take pupils from age 11-18 years, across the autistic spectrum.
The Role
In this highly rewarding role, you will be working with children with autism, in small groups and a 1:1 basis, implementing learning and behaviour programs set by our qualified teachers and Autism specialists.
You will work in small teams, ensuring the daily needs of our pupils are met in a professional, competent, safe and fun school environment.
You will need to be creative, energetic and committed to engaging a pupil whilst monitoring their progress.
The ideal candidate will be passionate about making a difference to children's lives by enabling them to learn, thrive and achieve.
Ideally you will have some relevant experience and have great communication skills. You will have a real enthusiasm for working with children with SEN; you will be reliable, and will thrive in a team environment.
