This 'Good' primary School in Northamptonn is looking for a skilled SEN TA to work on a 1:1 and small group basis with children with ASD and SEMH. This high achieving school strives to ensure that all children are secure, happy and enjoy learning. The children, parents and staff together create a rich and diverse community. There is a focus on Speech and Language Development, providing excellent specialist support for children with speech difficulties.

Students enjoy learning in a creative environment where they can grow and develop and receive support and guidance on good behaviour. Facilities and building have all been refurbished as of this year and the opportunity for sensory learning is great. In this 'Good' primary school in Cheam, you will be required to be adaptable, working with different groups of students each day. Supporting the class Teacher, you will help deliver learning activities, encouraging students with their academic progress and also managing behaviour in class. You must be able to deal with students on a 1-1 level and use different techniques for challenging behaviour as and when required.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
