Teaching Personnel are working with a lovely school in Eastbourne, looking to hire talented and outgoing SEN support workers to help with day to day classroom activities such as teaching the national curriculum to students that have SEN, SEMH and autism learning difficulties. The role will be challenging yet rewarding as you will build strong relationships with pupils to promote self esteem and confidence, making the classroom a fun and engaging environment where pupils can flourish. This role may involve working in small groups and 1:1 so the successful educator will be friendly and outgoing, able to adapt their learning approach to suit the needs of pupils.

Requirements

-          Outgoing and passionate about helping others

-          DBS or willing to apply

-          Experience working with special needs or learning disabilities preferred

-          Knowledge on safeguarding
