We are seeking enthusiastic and passionate Language Teachers to join our client schools in Lincoln and the surrounding areas on a short-term or long-term basis. We are looking for individuals that know the curriculum and have the drive to take already successful departments to the next level. This is an excellent opportunity for all Secondary Qualified Teachers, including NQTs with knowledge of the French, Spanish or German languages.

The successful candidate will be an excellent teacher and be enthusiastic and committed to teaching the students so that they acquire a deep, long-term, secure and adaptable understanding of the subject.

The successful applicant will ideally:

  • Have teaching experience of Key stage 3 and 4
  • Have a good understanding of the current educational developments, especially those relating to classroom based practice
  • Have the highest expectations of students
  • Have an enthusiastic and positive approach within and beyond the classroom

We have a fantastic team in place who are in regular contact with our schools, assisting with their staffing requirements.

As a successful Teacher with Protocol Education, you will need to:
  • Have Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or be a Newly Qualified Teacher (NQT) with a PGCE, GTP, Bachelor of Education (BAEd.), QTLS or equivalent teaching qualification OR a Teaching Assistant/SEND qualification
  • Be passionate about teaching and education
  • Have a creative approach to teaching
  • Be flexible, reliable and adaptable
  • Have good behaviour managements skills
  • Excellent communication and lesson delivery skills
  • A good work ethic.
