Teaching Personnel have an exciting opportunity to work with an outstanding school based in Finsbury. The school are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Maths Teacher to join their team.

Roles and responsibilities

  • Planning and presenting lessons to facilitate students' understanding and application of mathematical concepts.
  • Preparing and distributing learning material such as notes, assignments, and quizzes.
  • Sourcing the resources and supplies needed for lessons.
  • Ensuring that the classroom remains safe and conducive to learning.
  • Maintaining records of and reporting on students’ progress.
  • Attending parent and staff meetings.
  • Establishing lesson plans.
  • Creating and correcting students’ homework and assignments.

Key Skills Required:

  • UK Qualified Teacher Status
  • Have a background of teaching Maths, delivering teaching at a good or outstanding level
  • Knowledge of current education issues in relation to terms of practise, process and curriculum

This school is based in Finsbury, near to local motorways routes and local transport is nearby. Parking will be available on site.
