Salary Range: £77 - £85 per day

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist classroom teachers in delivering engaging and effective lessons.
  • Provide one-on-one or small group support to students who require additional help.
  • Help create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Support students with special educational needs, adapting resources and strategies as necessary.
  • Assist in classroom management and behavior management.
  • Contribute to the planning and preparation of learning activities.
  • Help with the assessment and tracking of student progress.
  • Collaborate with teachers and other staff members to ensure a holistic approach to education.
  • Foster a safe and nurturing atmosphere for students.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant or similar role is desirable but not essential.
  • A genuine passion for working with children and promoting their development.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Patience, empathy, and the ability to build rapport with students.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic educational setting.
  • A willingness to learn and engage in continuous professional development.
