Teaching Assistant

We are currently looking for Teaching Assistants in the Ilfracombe area. This opportunity will cover day to day and short term roles, with possible long term positions available for the right candidate.

The ideal Teaching Assistant will:

• Be patient and clam in their approach to dealing with adverse behaviour.
• Promptly establish strong relationships with pupils and staff.
• Successfully get the best out of the pupils in the classroom, helping them raise their attainment level.
• Have experience working with and supporting students in small groups and one to one.
• Be confident and open to work with SEN pupils

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
