  • Develop and implement individualised behaviour management plans
  • Deliver tailored teaching strategies to address specific behavioural issues
  • Monitor and record student progress and behaviour patterns
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student development
  • Relevant qualification in Education, Psychology, or a related field
  • Experience working with individuals with behavioural challenges
  • Understanding of behaviour management techniques
  • Ability to build rapport and trust with students
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Organisational skills and attention to detail
