Salary: £90 - £105 Per day

  • Provide 1:1 support to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) in an educational setting
  • Implement individualised education plans and strategies to support the learning and development of students
  • Assist students with academic tasks, communication, social skills, and emotional regulation
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and communicate effectively with stakeholders
  • Relevant experience working with individuals with SEN
  • Understanding of different learning styles and strategies to support diverse needs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Minimum of a Level 3 qualification in Education, Special Educational Needs, or related field
  • Previous experience working in a similar role within an educational setting
  • Knowledge of SEN legislation and best practises
  • Ability to adapt and tailor support to meet individual student needs
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification
  • Training in behaviour management strategies
  • Work primarily within a school setting
  • Full-time hours, temporary position
  • Potential for remote work or travel to different locations as required
