The Role:
As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the pupils on their journey to success. Working closely with teachers, you will provide one-on-one and small group support, ensuring that each child receives the attention and encouragement they need to thrive. Your role will include:

  • Assisting pupils with their academic work, helping them to understand and engage with the curriculum.
  • Providing emotional and social support, fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Tailoring your approach to meet the unique needs of each pupil, ensuring they can reach their full potential.
  • Supporting pupils in developing life skills and working towards their personal goals.
  • Collaborating with teachers and other staff members to create an environment where every child feels valued and supported.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
