1:1 Teaching Assistant New

Rikama Education are working with a mainstream primary school in Deal, who are recruiting for a SEN Teaching Assistant to start ASAP
The position is initially part time, working 8:30pm - 1pm, but will increase to full time once the pupil is ready.
This is temporary post until October half term, but may get extended further.
The position:
•To provide 1:1 support to a pupil in Reception who has ASC and is non verbal.
To provide personal care and assistance with toileting
•Follow the pupil's IEP and manage behaviours effectively following the school's policy
•Liaise with class teacher, SENCO and outside agencies
The school has an excellent support team and experienced SLT as part of the extended team.
