1:1 Teaching Assistant- Special educational needs department in mainstream school

Are you a SEN Teaching Assistant? Are you passionate about SEND (Special Educational Needs and Disabilities)? Do you have experience or interest in supporting children and young people with special needs?

An outstanding School, in Ruislip are looking for a Full Time Teaching Assistant to join their team from November 1st- First week , to support a child within their SEN unit on a 1:1 basis, supporting them with their development and learning throughout the academic year.

They are looking for someone who has experience working in both education and a vast amount of experience supporting children and young people with Special Needs within the classroom. You must be both positive, proactive and a patient individual who remains in a positive outlook and always willing to progress. To have excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:

SEN Teaching Assistant Main Responsibilities:

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
