Pay rate - £12.82ph

Are you passionate about making a positive impact on children with additional learning needs? Join us as a 1-2-1 Teaching Assistant working with a Year 6 student with Autism at a Primary School in Caerphilly.

Job responsibilities:

  • Provide personalised support to a student with autism.
  • Foster a nurturing, inclusive learning environment.
  • Collaborate with teaching staff and external professionals.
  • Maintain student progress records and communicate with parents.

The ideal candidate will:

  • Experience with pupils with ALN on a 1-2-1 basis.
  • Positive, energetic, and patient.
  • Passionate about enhancing students' futures.
  • Skilled in organisation and time management.
