Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging and creative lessons in line with the national curriculum
- Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages all students to reach their potential
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and support where needed
- Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and carers to support student development and well-being
- Demonstrate a commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of all students
Key Requirements:- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or ECT status
- Strong commitment to fostering a positive and engaging learning environment
- Excellent classroom management and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and contribute positively to school life
