A Level History Teacher Suitable to NQT

Are you a dedicated educator with a passion for teaching? Smile Education is collaborating with a prominent college in Nuneaton that  is looking for an A Level History Teacher to start at Christamas. This will be a long term role starting from Christmas with the opportunity to go permanent for the right candidate. Working pattern is 3.5 days per week

Monday 09:00 - 11:00
Tuesday 11:00 - 16:30
Thursday 11:00 - 14:10
Friday 09:00 - 14:10

As a A level histroy teacher, the role will consist of planning and delivering captivating lessons to students in line with the curriculum along with adapting teaching methods to cater to the diverse needs and abilities of students. You will focus on creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment that helps student engagement and critical thinking. The right candidate will need to assess and evaluate student progress, offer constructive feedback and nurturing a love for learning will be central to your role. You will join a staff body who are fun, dedicated, hardworking and professional, who will work together to support you in reaching your potential.

The successful candidate must have:

• A bachelor’s degree in History, Humanities, or a related field.
• Proficiency in the higher education curriculum and effective instructional techniques.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A genuine passion for teaching and motivating students to excel.
