Position: Achievement Mentor

Location: Clitheroe, Lancashire

Start date: October 2024

Contract length: Maternity cover, initially until June 2025

34.5 hours per week (term time only)

Teaching Personnel have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and inspiring practitioner to join an Ofsted graded “GOOD” secondary school in Clitheroe, Lancashire as a Raising Achievement Mentor. The successful candidate will join a team of committed professionals, working within various departments to support students to meet their academic targets. You will be working within a school where staff development is prioritised. As such, this role would be particularly suited to someone with future aspirations to become a teacher.

  • Is innovative, self-motivating and able to inspire others
