Position: Achievement Support Assistant
Location: Bridlington, East Yorkshire
Hours: Full-time/Part-time
Salary: Competitive, based on experience

As an Achievement Support Assistant, you will play a key role in helping students stay on track with their academic and personal goals. Working alongside teachers and pastoral staff, you'll provide essential support in and out of the classroom, guiding students through their challenges and celebrating their successes.

• Assisting students with their academic and social progress
• Supporting individuals or small groups with personalized learning plans
• Monitoring student achievements and identifying areas for improvement
• Encouraging students to develop positive attitudes towards learning
• Building positive relationships with students, teachers, and parents

• Experience in an educational support role (preferred)
• A positive, can-do attitude and commitment to student success
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Relevant qualifications or experience in education or support work

• Continuous professional development (CPD) opportunities
• A supportive consultant to guide you throughout your role
