Role Overview: We are seeking enthusiastic and compassionate Teaching Assistants to join our dedicated team. The ideal candidates will play a vital role in supporting our teachers and providing assistance to our students, ensuring that every child has the opportunity to thrive.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist teachers in planning and delivering engaging lessons.
• Support individual students or small groups, helping to enhance their learning experience.
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
• Monitor and record student progress, providing feedback to teachers.
• Help with classroom management and organisation.
• Collaborate with staff to implement tailored support for students with additional needs.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience working with children, preferably in an educational setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to help students succeed.
• Relevant qualifications (e.g., Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification) are desirable but not essential.
• A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
