A highly reputable, award-winning Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) school group is seeking a dedicated SEND Administrator to join their permanent team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a supportive and inclusive environment, ensuring the smooth running of the school’s administrative processes related to SEND provision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing SEND paperwork, including Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs)
  • Liaising with parents, carers, and external professionals
  • Assisting with pupil records and documentation
  • Supporting the SENCO and SEND team with daily tasks

Essential Requirements:

  • Experience in a similar administrative role, preferably within an education setting
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work effectively in a team
  • Knowledge of SEND processes and legislation (advantageous)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and school management systems
