Teaching Personnel are currently working with a school in East Sussex that are looking for an admissions coordinator. This role will play a key role in supporting the recruitment of pupils for the school, undertaking all aspects of admissions administration, including responding to enquiries in writing and by phone, assisting in planning open mornings and personal taster days.

Within the role you will be the first point of contract for prospective pupils, parents and agents visiting the school. You will have brilliant ICT and Literacy skills to enable you to write accurate and appropriate emails and letters for all stages of the administration process, as well as sending out prospectuses, maintaining accurate records for all enquiries.

The working ours are 37.5 hours a week, Monday-Friday between the hours of 9:00am and 5:00pm. The role may require some flexibility, as the role includes a requirement to cover some evenings and weekend functions, however, time will be given in lieu.

The successful candidate should posses an excellent standard of written and spoken English, as well as being proficient in the use of Microsoft Office products.  You should have a warm and welcoming demeanour, and be able to communicate effectively, building positive relationships with a diverse range of people.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
