  • Welcoming visitors and directing them to the appropriate person or department
  • Answering and directing phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
  • Handling inquiries from prospective students and providing information on admissions procedures
  • Assisting with the admissions process, including processing applications and supporting documentation
  • Maintaining accurate records of student information and admissions status
  • Coordinating appointments and managing the reception area

A levels or equivalent qualification

Minimum of GCSEs in English and Maths

Previous experience in a similar role within the education sector is advantageous

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organisational abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Relevant qualifications in administration or customer service

This role involves working in a busy educational environment, interacting with students, parents, and staff on a daily basis. The successful candidate will need to be comfortable working in a fast-paced setting and be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
