After School Leader

Smile Education are thrilled to be working alongside a busy primary school located in the Oldbury area. We are currently seeking an Afterschool Leader to join the team from September 2024.
We are currently seeking an Afterschool Leader to join this friendly team from September 2024 on an ongoing basis. The successful applicant will be supporting students from 3pm-6pm, working on a full-time basis, Monday- Friday. Appliacants must hold a Level 3 qualification and be confident in managing a team. Applicants will have the opportunity to meet their team and Senior Leaders at the school before starting the role.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a vibrant primary school within a dynamic role. The school is located in the Oldbury area, within proximity to Brandhall, Langley Green and Quinton. The expected salary range for this role is between £9.64- £15.08 per day, depending on experience.
What to expect from applicants?
We would like applicants to hold a minimum of a Level 3 qualification in a childcare related course, for example Supporting Teaching and Learning. Applicants must be confident in managing their own team and available to work from 3pm-6pm on a full-time basis.
