Are you passionate about agriculture and keen to inspire the next generation? Teaching Personnel is looking for a dedicated Agricultural Teaching Assistant to join a forward-thinking school in Exmouth.

About the Role:
As an Agricultural Teaching Assistant, you'll support students in both classroom and practical farm environments, helping them develop hands-on skills in agriculture. You’ll assist the teacher in lesson preparation, guide students through agricultural tasks, and ensure a positive learning experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting teachers in delivering agricultural curriculum
  • Assisting with practical farm-based activities
  • Providing 1:1 or small group support to students
  • Helping maintain a safe and engaging learning environment

Requirements:

  • A passion for agriculture and education
  • Previous experience in an agricultural setting (desirable)
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • A desire to make a positive impact on students’ learning
