Art Teacher New

We are supporting a vibrant secondary school based in Rochdale seeking an Art Teacher to join their dynamic team this January. This is a full-time position with a view to go permanent at the end of the academic year.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver engaging art lessons for students of all ages and abilities.
• Encourage experimentation and self-discovery through various artistic mediums.
• Organize art exhibitions and showcases to celebrate student work.
• Collaborate with colleagues to integrate art across the curriculum.
• Support students in developing their individual artistic voices.

Qualifications:

• A degree in Art Education, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• Experience in teaching art or a strong background in the arts.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A passion for nurturing creativity and artistic skills in students.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
