Teaching Personnel are looking to seek a highly motivated and hardworking individual to support a school near Ashford, Kent, to improve the attendance of pupils across Years 7, 8, 9, 10 and 11.

Teaching Personnel are looking for someone with good organisation sills, and that has a strong level of literacy and IT skills. You will be responsible to undertaking a series of tasks each day that include preparation of letters and statistical reports, as well as the completion of attendance related referrals to outside agencies. You will be working within a small team of staff who is responsible for the attendance, where you may be required to liaise with students and their families.

We are looking for someone who is optimistic, has great communication skills and a tenacity to succeed in driving attendance levels upwards in the school. You will need to have an attitude that is positive and one that is supportive towards young people and their families. All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
