Are you someone who’s energetic, enthusiastic, and ready to make a real impact? Teaching Personnel are looking for dedicated individuals to join our team as Autism Mentors, supporting secondary-aged pupils in Horsham as they work towards their GCSEs.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Working one-on-one with secondary pupils with autism, helping them reach their full potential
  • Supporting students in both their academic journey and personal development
  • Creating a positive and engaging learning environment
  • Building strong relationships with students to boost their confidence and focus

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
