Are you looking for a new Behaviour and Pastoral position for Easter or September?

The Permanent Workforce team at Teaching Personnel are working alongside one of our partner Multi Academy Trusts to assist their recruitment for a Behaviour and Pastoral Officer beginning as soon as possible. This is a full time, permanent position for one of the trusts secondary schools in Portsmouth and Qualified Teacher Status is essential.

Salary: £24,939 - £28,955 for hours and weeks stated (£27,668 - £32,123 FTE)

The school is located in the centre of Portsmouth, which makes is easily accessible for individuals who use public transport, as there are many links to surrounding areas. Drivers can use the A2047, which takes you directly to the school.

Working as part of the Patrol Team, you will promote positive values, attitudes and good student behaviour whilst maintaining a strong presence around the site. The focus will be to reduce levels of absence from lessons and poor behaviour amongst key groups (including disadvantaged, SEND and vulnerable students) and to work with identified students and their families to increase levels of engagement, ensuring that the school’s core values are embodied by students consistently.
