One of Teaching Personnel partner schools are seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our team as a Behavioural Learning Assistant. The successful candidate will work closely with our team of experts to develop and implement behavioural interventions for individuals with various behavioural challenges.

Job Description:

The primary responsibility of a behaviour learning mentor is to work one-on-one with students to identify the root causes of their behavioural issues and develop strategies to address them. This may involve conducting assessments, creating individualized behaviour plans, and providing ongoing support and monitoring.

In addition to working directly with students, behaviour learning mentors may also collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to develop a comprehensive approach to addressing student behaviour. This may involve providing training and support to teachers on effective classroom management techniques, as well as working with parents to help them understand and support their child's behavioural needs.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in psychology, behaviour analysis, or related field.

BCaBA or BCBA certification preferred (not essential).

Must have experience working with individuals with behavioural challenges.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
