Impact the academic progress of secondary students in this highly rewarding Behaviour Mentor opportunity, based at a Trafford secondary school.

The Behaviour Mentor has become one of the most vital roles within schools over the last few years. A rise in the demand for this provision allows individuals to focus on providing support, mentioning and guidance to ensure students behaviour does not disrupt their academic development.

As a Behaviour Mentor you would find yourself working on a 1:1 basis with several students, within the classroom and outside of it. It is vital that you can work independently whilst being able to create relationships with students, parents, and various staff members.

This Behaviour Mentor opportunity is ideal for any graduates who has strong behaviour management skills, as well as those experienced in education and care.  

Behaviour Mentor – what makes you suited to this role:

-            Prior education experience
-            Patient and supportive manner
-            Can work independently and as part of a team
-            Passion and drive to support others
-            Flexible and professional approach to helping students learn and remain engaged.
-            A full enhanced DBS will be required, which can be processed through Smile Education.
