Teaching Personnel are seeking resilient and dynamic individuals with excellent interpersonal skills to join our team as Behaviour Mentors, supporting pupils who display challenging behaviour in an educational setting.

What You’ll Do:

  • Provide 1:1 and group support to students with behavioural challenges, helping them engage positively in the learning environment.
  • Implement behaviour management strategies to encourage positive change.
  • Collaborate closely with teachers and staff to create a supportive and structured atmosphere.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • The ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations.
  • A resilient attitude, with a passion for helping students overcome obstacles.
  • Previous experience working with challenging behaviour is desirable but not essential.
