Have you got experience working with children with challenging behaviour? Do you have a passion for supporting young people with barriers to learning?

Teaching Personnel are working closely with an SEN Provision in Sunderland which is looking to employ a Behavioural Support Assistant on a long-term basis.

The ideal candidate will:

·Be experienced in positive behaviour management techniques. 

·Have Experience working alongside children with SEMH in a personal or professional setting.

·Be able to work confidently in a 1:1 setting.

·Have a valid child workforce DBS on the update service or be willing to apply for one.

·Have experience with young adult or childcare support work.

·Drives or has a reliable commute to Teesside.
