Job Opportunity: Behaviour Support Worker

Location: Birmingham

Salary: £83-£90/Day

Are you a compassionate and patient individual looking to make a difference? Teaching Personnel seeks a dedicated Behaviour Support Worker to join our team in the east of Birmingham. This role offers the chance to work with students with additional needs in a supportive classroom environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide support to students in their day-to-day activities, including core subject learning and overall wellbeing management.
  • Work with staff members to create engaging and enjoyable learning experiences.
  • Foster a positive and adaptable learning environment.
  • Assist in managing student behaviours effectively.

Requirements:

  • Immediate availability for Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 3:30 PM shifts.
  • Compassionate, patient, and supportive demeanour.
  • Willingness to undergo or possess a valid DBS check.
  • Previous experience in education or care preferred.
  • Ability to thrive in challenging situations and remain resilient.
