  • Provide support to students with challenging behaviours
  • Assist in implementing behaviour management strategies
  • Work closely with teachers and other staff to create a positive learning environment
  • Monitor student behaviour and provide feedback to the appropriate personnel
  • Help students develop social skills and emotional regulation
  • GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths
  • Previous experience working with individuals with behavioural challenges
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Minimum of GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths

Previous experience working with individuals with behavioural challenges

  • Understanding of behaviour management techniques
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Additional training in behaviour management
  • Experience working in an educational setting
  • Fast-paced environment
  • Work closely with students and educational staff
  • Potential for challenging behaviour situations

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
