Teaching Personnel, in collaboration with a specialist school in Bridgend, are seeking a dedicated Behaviour Support Assistant to join our team. This school provides education, care, and therapy for children aged 3-19 with complex learning needs, including Autism, physical disabilities, severe learning disabilities, and challenging behaviour.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Role Model: Uphold the school’s four core values, both inside and outside the classroom.

Support: Offer 1:1 and group assistance to students, helping them manage their behaviour and emotions in a safe, secure environment.

Lesson Planning: Assist in creating lesson plans that are accessible to all students.

Holistic Support: Provide support to students both in and out of the classroom, including personal care as needed.

 

Position Details:

Start Date: September 2024

Employment Type: Full-time

Working Hours: 8:30 AM – 3:30 PM

Pay: Starting from £83.85 per day
