Do you have a passion for working with children and young people with Social, Emotional, and Special Educational Needs? We are partnering with well-established secondary schools located in Bolton to recruit a dedicated Behaviour Support Assistant.

We are looking for a Behaviour Support Assistant who can inspire students and provide vital support on a 1-2-1 and small group basis. This is an excellent opportunity for graduates or individuals with a background in youth work to make a meaningful impact.

We are seeking a Behaviour Support Assistant who is:

  • Passionate and Enthusiastic: Reflective about teaching and learning, with the ability to inspire and motivate students.
  • Caring and Empathetic: Sensitive to the needs of children, providing a nurturing and supportive environment.
  • Committed to Excellence: Dedicated to continuously raising standards, self-evaluation, and school improvement.

  • Location: Secondary schools in Bolton
  • Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30am - 3:30pm
  • Pay: Starting daily rate of £85 upwards
  • Start Date: ASAP
  • Contract: Possible temporary-to-permanent for the right candidate

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
