Are you a recent graduate with a passion for supporting young people and helping them achieve their full potential? We are seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Graduate Behaviour Mentors, working with students in secondary schools across Wigan.

About the Role:

As a Graduate Behaviour Mentor, you will play a key role in supporting students who may be facing challenges with their behaviour or social-emotional development. Your primary responsibility will be to work closely with these students on a one-to-one basis or in small groups, providing tailored support that encourages positive behaviour and enhances their learning experience.

In this role, you'll collaborate with teachers and other staff members to develop and implement effective behaviour management strategies. By building strong relationships with students, you will help create a safe and inclusive school environment where all students feel valued and supported.

  • Degree: Recent graduate with a degree in any discipline.
  • Passion for Education: A genuine interest in helping young people succeed.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Adaptability: Ability to work in a dynamic and changing environment.
  • DBS Check: An up-to-date DBS on the update service or willingness to apply for one.
